Philosophy of GIVE Youth Movement

GIVE Youth Movement (GYM) is strictly based upon the Indian Philosophy which in turn based upon the old age modern wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, which is stated as the best book of knowledge found on the earth. Bhagavad Gita is the part of Mahabharat and it helped the great warrior Arjuna to reach victory, success, peace and satisfaction in the midst of the battlefield. Bhagavad Gita in our life is as important as was in the life of Arjuna because we are also situated in the battlefield of great competitive environment which directly strikes to create problems in mind that leads to tensions, frustrations and finally suicide. Today 85% MNC's are applying the principles of the Gita in their management, MIT USA, and other Universities has added the Gita as a small part of their curriculum. Lets see what great personalities of the world has stated about the Gita or the Indian Philosophy.

The Bhagavad-Gita is the most systematic statement of spiritual evolution of endowingvalue to mankind. The Gita is one of the clearest and most comprehensive summaries of the spiritual thoughts ever to have been made.

Ralph Waldo Emerson
1. The Vedas haunt me. In them I have found eternal compensation, unfathomable power, unbroken peace.
2. I owed a magnificent day to the Bhagavad Gita. It was as if an empire spoke to us, nothing small or unworthy, but large, serene, consistent, the voice of an old intelligence which in another age and climate had pondered and thus disposed of the same questions which exercise us.

Werner Heisenberg
"After the conversations about Indian philosophy, some of the ideas of Quantum Physics that had seemed so crazy suddenly made much more sense."

Erwin Schroedinger
Some blood transfusion from the East to the West is must to save Western science from spiritual anaemia.

Neils Bohr
I go into the Upanishads to ask questions.”

Arnold Toynbee
“It is already becoming clear that a chapter which had a Western beginning will have to have an Indian ending if it is not to end in the self-destruction of the human race. At this supremely dangerous moment in history, the only way of salvation for mankind is the Indian way.”

John Archibald Wheeler
“One has the feeling that the thinkers of the East knew it all, and if we could only translate their answers into our language we would have the answers to all our questions.”
“It is curious that people like Schroedinger, Niels Bohr, Oppenheimer are Upanishad scholars.”

Annie Wood Besant
After a study of some forty years and more of the great relegions of the world, I find none so perfect, none so scientific, none so philosophical and none so spiritual than the great relegion known by the name Hinduism.

Queen Fredricka
You Indians are fortunate to inherit such
knowledge. I envy you. While Greece is the country of my birth, India is the country of my soul.

Ella Wheeler Wilcox
India - the land of Vedas, the remarkable works contains not only religious ideas for a perfect life, but also facts which science has proved true. Electricity, radium, electronics, airship, all are known to the seers who founded the Vedas.

Powerful Empires existed and flourished here in India while Englishmen were still wandering
painted in the woods, and while the British Colonies were a wilderness and a jungle.
